Today we did Middle Spring. It was pretty awful cuz my knees hurt for the first part of the run but then I caught up once my knee had warmed up. My calves were really tight. Then my shin started hurting and then I slipped and hit my shin and hand hard on some small rocks. I got a little cut up but it was mostly the hit on my shin that hurt. Not a good run. We also did a light strength training. I'm probably going to go on a bike ride later today and do some more core.
