Super happy cuz I was exhausted!  lol I know it sounds weird but today I didn't feel weak, just felt like I got a good hard workout which is such a blessing!  10x400 @63, 90 seconds rest.  Went 63, 63, 63, 64, 64, 64, 64, 64, 65, 65.  Pretty tough and I had a stomach ache when I woke up but really happy with how this workout turned out. 

Shout out to Watson and Dalpal who I saw at the foreign language fair.
