Juniors were registering for classes and Seth had to pick up someone for something so I just ran by myself.  Started at my house and decided I needed a good mountainy/trail run so I headed up to Bonneville and instead of going on the trail I went up on one of the trails that broke off of it.  Went up about 500 ft. and it was pretty dang steep so got like no mileage from that.  But found a sick trail that went across above Bonneville so took that for a while then it connected on to Bonneville and ran on that.  Pretty enjoyable run.

Shout out to Coach RyBy and Coach Courtney and Riley for killing it in the marathon!
