It was a good time.  At the first on the warm up my knees were hurting a bit but after we warmed up enough they felt fine.  We headed to the grass field after 2 mile warm up then set up an 800 meter course then headed off on the first one.  Felt ok on the first and ran 2:28.  Next 3 I felt excellent and ran 2:25ish I think then 2:23 then 2:24.  Then the next one I got a small side stitch and ran 2:27.  Then Ryan said that since I haven't done speed in over a week that I was gonna do one more then be done.  I asked if I should go fast but he said consistent so I hit 2:22.  It felt really nice.  Then the rest of them did the last one while I ran a lap just slowly.  Then we cooled down 2.5ish miles.

Shout out to Jamison and Galen who ran 2:15 and 2:16 on their last one.
