I'm extremely pleased with today! My breathing felt amazing, my back didn't hurt til the last 400 of the last rep, and yeah. 3 mile warmup, then 3xmile. went 5:04, 5:00, then 5:03. I was on pace for 4:55 with the Mckay til the last 200 when my back was just too pained, so I pretty much jogged that one in. But I was really happy with how it went, I felt great! cool down later.
