Good workout today. Did strength training before, the usual stuff, and then warmed up just over 2 miles. Then we had 800's, 6-8 of them depending on how we felt. Ryan had to leave after he told us that but courtney was there. Went 2:20, 2:20, 2:19, 2:19, 2:20, and 2:13. Felt like I could have run them all faster and also could have done 8 but Courtney said we were all done with that. Then we did 2x400. Went 61, and 62. Felt really good although my legs could feel the burn at the end quite well. Cooled down quick then iced and headed over to work. |
