6x800. 1 and 4 on the track. went 2:12, 2:20, 2:17, 2:12, 2:20, 2:25. My back was hurting and it made it so I couldn't breath well at all so I was really happy that I was able to hit those times. Going to the chiropractor tomorrow so I should be ready to have a great workout on thursday!
