Wow Zack!

So you basically covered 1 mile in 4:04, and if you would have finished the last 400m you would have covered 2 miles in 8:08. That is really good for someone who is feeling bad.

Looking forward to seeing you run under 8:00 for the 3000 m steeplechase this year. :)
