| Workout in the rain. 2.3 miles of warmup and then 1600-1200-800-400-400. 4:54, 3:31, 2:13, 63, 64. 3 mile cool down. Then some strength, and then ice bath. Then we had our xc banquet which was a good time. Shout out to my team for being so great.

| Good workout today. Did strength training before, the usual stuff, and then warmed up just over 2 miles. Then we had 800's, 6-8 of them depending on how we felt. Ryan had to leave after he told us that but courtney was there. Went 2:20, 2:20, 2:19, 2:19, 2:20, and 2:13. Felt like I could have run them all faster and also could have done 8 but Courtney said we were all done with that. Then we did 2x400. Went 61, and 62. Felt really good although my legs could feel the burn at the end quite well. Cooled down quick then iced and headed over to work. |

| Woke up and felt super sick, but decided to still go to practice. Felt better after the warm up but my stomach was still bugging me. (800, 400, 400)x3. Went 2:23, 63, 65, 2:19, 64, 65, 2:20, 64, 66. Cool down and stretch. Also happy last day of normality for the next 4ish years since the elections today.

| Thank goodness for just 6. My legs hurt so bad from yesterday, was thinking of just biking instead of running but I decided to go out a mile and see how I felt. Tomorrow we have our last hard workout until southwest. Tuesday is 8x400 and thursday next week is 3, 2, 1 tempo. Tomorrow is 12x400 which will hurt.

| Rough race. Felt sluggish mostly because of my left hamstring which had been bothering me for a little bit. Then also couldn't breath well. But I finished. Cooled down/limp jogged while watching the girls race.

| started with the team but justin craik and josh led some guys away to do alpine. Ended up with a couple guys plus seth and I. Then everyone else dropped so it was just Seth and I on Bonneville. Had a bunch of good conversations. Good run although I had to stop and stretch my hamstring a couple times.

| Really glad I didn't run on saturday because my hamstring felt excellent compared to how it had felt. Also good fun run today. Ran to the bathrooms by cedar ridge and waited for the girls, and ambushed them with snowballs which was fun! Then ran with them for a little bit then finished up. Great run!
