2 mile warmup then a painful workout. It was hot and hard to breath. Had 800, 600, 400, x2 plus 400,400,400. times were 2:25, 1:42, 66, 2:21, 1:43 65, 64, 65, 65. This workout was the closest I've ever been to passing out in a workout so that was exciting.
Also reffed a soccer game which I had to run up and down the field a lot so that was annoying.
