Good hill workout today. Tough because my body wasn't awake since we did it at 6:30 in the morning with our cross country class. Went 1:59,1:57,1:56, 1:57, 1:58, 2:00. Slower then I would have liked but still pretty happy with the effort that I was able to put in. Team wasn't completely there, but we will be completely healthy soon! cooled down 2.5.
Ran the 25 minutes with the team after school. Went 3.25 at 7:23 pace. Then iced after.
