Today we did the first part of hogs but then continued on a different trail and went to suncrest and ran down that hill back to the park. It was a really good run. I felt so much better then yesterday. My calves were really tight but it was ok because it wasn't that hard of a run. My knees and shins didn't hurt during the run so that was amazing. Now I'm getting pumped about running again since I wasn't hurting so bad.
