Good times with skyridge! Did the kicker which was fun! Also did some of their ab stuff and I was dying lol. Sad day though cuz it might be the last time I see a lot of them for two years. Wish them all the best in their endeavors!!
Yay! Kinley was home from China and that was super exciting so some of the work crew hung out! Good times, but before that Joe and I did extended Mt. run and got 7 miles. Stellar time but I don't know how I would feel after doing multiple weeks of these kind of mileage days like college!
