Started at like 5:30 in the morning and it was quite cold so I had to have a jacket and the reflective vest junk. First 3.5 miles got 38 kills then got one more at 3.75 then I didn't see anyone until 5.8 miles in. That was a rough stretch. Finally saw someone and pushed harder up to them and from then on I could generally see runners up ahead and I would just go catch them. Last 3 miles went by super fast and felt great. First 3 were also great but the middle 3 were a struggle. 64 kills.  Shout out to my awesome teammates especially my van who were super lit and special shout out to McKinley (even though she doesn't have a blog) because it was the greatest thing seeing her all caffinated up before her run.  I had the greatest team ever and had so much fun!  Super great time!

Later did 3 easy with Connor and a barefoot mile which was quite nice.  Also took an ice bath after which felt heavenly.
