Good race today.  Ran the 3200 and was kind of worried because I haven't run a 3200 since Davis a while back and my stomach wasn't the greatest at the line.  Went out, same as usual, was in the backish immediately but this time instead of waiting and getting trapped I squeezed through an opening 300 in and got up next to Mckay and Patrick from AF.  Then we went til it was Mckay and I, then we passed Dallin Leatham then Mckay kept turning up the pace so I followed.  Just sat on his shoulder for pretty much the whole race then at then end he got a second gap on me.  I finished 3rd in 5A and 4th overall.  It was a lot of fun.  I have the 800 coming up this afternoon so I'll post about that when I do it.  2 mile warm up-1.75 cool down. 800 was quite exhausting. I had never tripled before so it was crazy. Went out around 58 then like 64. Haha. So My mile closing lap was nearly faster than my 800. After I got home i was bored s we got some guys together to play basketball so it was pretty tiring. So shout out to my lehi homies ffor playing basketball/coming. Y'all are awesome.

Very good time. Lots of years that's a state championship. This state just keeps getting faster.
