Got some new pegs yesterday which I used!  Also AP test was great so thanks for all the wishes of good luck, I know you were doing it in your heart even if you weren't as awesome as Gan as to say on my blog.  Also have AP Lit tomorrow so you all can repent and wish me luck lol.  Workout was 4, 3, 4, 3, 4, 3, 4, 2, 2, 2.  First 3 intervals with the team, then the rest by myself just like 50 meters behind.  Ate 6 pieces of dominos pizza 30 minutes before cuz I forgot we had a workout but wasn't too bad of a workout besides wanting to puke the whole time.

Good time!  2 warmup with everyone else, then Justin and I finished up to 4.  Then jog the turn, stride the straight, and did that for 2 laps.  Then .25 cool down from that.  Feeling good for tomorrow!  Also signed to run for BYU so I'm stoked for that!

Happy with the day!  Race went perfect for me, opening mile with a group was 4:37, then closed with a 4:30.  Should have gone with Ryan when he kicked passed because I think if I did that I could have beat Casey and Garrett but Ryan would have got me still I think. Shout out to him though for such a stellar move and race! Ready to crush the mile tomorrow too!

Insanely fast group of dudes! My back hurt pretty bad especially on the warm up but luckily not during the race. Felt tired and legs were tired but I was ready mentally so I pushed through and got a pr! Fun cool down with ryan joe garrett and jensen

Honestly probably the hardest workout we have done this year.  4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2.  Knew it was gonna be rough after Justin led us out in 28 for the first 200 of the first 400 lol.  But went 60, 43, 28, 60, 46, 28.  My arms hurt so bad after as well as my legs.  Glad to do speed though for basically the first time this year.  After iced and initiated.

Was supposed to go more but had to work right after so 1.5 cool down. Medley was good though.  Got it in 5th and went behind Ryan as he led the way up to the leaders for the first 550 then found a kick and was able to make it to first then Riley kicked it in pretty hard and he got the W.  Shout out to Ryan for a good race and also for Gan cuz she's stellar for commenting on my blog for the past I think 9 days or something.  Also AP Stats tomorrow, I have no idea what I'm doing but hey I got a 5 on the practice and I didn't know what I was doing so that's cool!

I was super stressed cuz our stats test got started late smh and they said I had to wait til the time was up even if I finished.  Luckily one of the ladies in there texted one of the AP managers and he said that I could go so shout out to him.  Left and cruised down as fast as my 1998 honda civic could drive.  Got there, changed and pretty much went and warmed up, then went and raced.  Feeling blessed cuz I made it cuz both my coach and I would not be happy if I missed it.  Opened in 59-60ish then started putting a little heat on, Justin went by me which kind of mentally broke me, but then 200 left found some juice and kicked it in.  Also got spiked in the hand which was quite an experience. Got 3rd so I qualified.  That was the goal.  4.5 mile cool down.

Felt more sick than yesterday.  Ryan still wanted me to do the workout, hopefully it won't make me any worse.  Went 63, 46, 30, 62, 45, 30.  Also got some biking in cuz I thought I was gonna have to bike to work since josh wasn't home with the car.

Still felt somewhat sick but it felt better then before.  Ryan said go 7, but last year before state we finally started tapering and went 5.4 so I went in the middle since last year at state was great!  Hamstring was a little messed up but nothing a good rolling can't fix.  Also had the weirdest dream about some woman dressed in black that was helping me escape from some tiger-like beasts. If someone could interpret it that would be great!

4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2, workout.  Didn't feel the greatest.  JV region after, got some great pics of ryan.  Pretty long though, shout out to everyone who raced and did great!  And I guess shout out to Ali for getting a FRB although she kept putting it down til she experienced it yesterday so I don't know if she deserves a shout out.  Amanda though just blindly trusted that FRB is great so real shout out to her!

Not what I wanted, we came through in a 2:09 which is slower then I wanted.  Then I made the mistake of trying to go with Casey once he started going. Next 200 was 29-30 seconds lol whoops.  That made me exhausted and I slowed down after that.  Still went 4:16 so can't be too disappointed. With how I felt I should have gone much slower so actually not too bad.  Shout out to Ali cuz she was the only one from our team that PR'ed

Got to the meet and warmed up for the 3200, my breathing was pretty bad.  Raced that and wasn't thrilled with it, went 9:23.  My breathing was just rough.  Legs felt great though.  Then did a 3.75 mile cool down with skyridge even though I had the 800.  Then went and played kill and messed around just thinking I'll run the 800 for the heck of it.  Then warmed up with Craik and got to the start line and knew it was my last race for Lone Peak so I decided to just go right behind the leaders through the first 400 then went to the lead for the last 400.  Went til 200 to go and Frasier went next to me so I went faster and he dropped off.  Then the home stretch I was in the lead and saw the time with about 50 meters to go at 1:50 and I should have pushed harder at that end part cuz I got passed but oh well.  Still new PR, even after racing a lot before and messing around and not caring much about it.

Shout out to all the cool people I hung out with there especially all those who played Kill with us which was a good time.

Also happy cuz no Davis guy beat me in any event so that would make Talon happy!

No run because of preparation for the ROOTBEER MILE tomorrow at noon.  It costs $2 and it's gonna be loads of fun.  We'll probably play basketball after or something sweet! Let me know if you want to do it so I can get the rootbeer!

Well jk, at work trying to figure out if we should bring in the Reebok Harmony so tested that out for a mile.  There's a first for everything, I ran more then .25 miles on the treadmill at one time, and running in a reebok shoe.

Good turnout to the Annual Root Beer Mile! Lots of fun, lots of throwing up. Chugged the first can really quick, like just as fast as the chuck and justin so I went off with them in the lead. That was my mistake, I made it through the second can like that, but the third and fourth can I had to take mini sips in order to not puke cuz I hate puking. Played basketball after which was fun!

Mountain Ridge 5k today.  Went out pretty conservative, like 5:30 pace but then decided to catch the leaders about .75 miles through and came through the first mile at 5:12, decided to go for about that split again and went 5:13, then I saw I had a big lead and slowed down cuz I was tired.  Went 5:36 pace for the last part so like 16:00 would have been my 3 mile.  Good times.

6 miles of hiking.  Good times! Went from graduation to the all-nighter which was a great time, then went up the canyon at like 4:45 when we got back, had a fire, made it home by like 6:50, came in grabbed some old running shoes, then went and hiked to the tree of knowledge with the team.  It was a good time! Now just chores til I go to work then I'll probably do something crazy after for a good time!

Nada today unless joe texts me saying he wants to run tonight.  Quads are tired though from running down mahogany yesterday.  Collin Joe and I are gonna probably hike it soon! If anyone wants to go hiking ever I'm so down, or pretty much anything else I'm probably down with too.

Went running with joe, 5.25 miles.  I biked to Legacy where we met and on the way there I was cruising and couldn't turn to miss a curb so I hopped it but my back tire didn't quite clear it and I got a flat like .25  mile from the park.  So I got a ride home from joe.  Then went and balled with ryan, seth, the hinckley's and chuch which was fun!

Also anyone who wants to Joe, maybe the hinckley's, maybe collin, and I are going to hike mahogany on monday morning if anyone wants to come. I'll let you know when if you want to.
