was supposed to be (600, 400)x5 but it was changed to (600, 400)x4 then 400, 400.  Kind of sick of our coaches cuz they keep telling us to hit times that aren't possible for us.  1.8 cool down cuz my achilles was hurting.

I could run 63's on a good day, but 500m is where I would start hurting bad. Still, I'm no you! You just need to believe you can do it. I know you're fast enough!
