Well, was gonna go 4 plus strides but it kept lengthening out til we went out 2.7, I walked some just for fun lol.  Then ran back.  Did strides and the last one we did an officiating tactical race with Caleb the official.  Jog til Caleb says go then kick it in.  Good time.  Also kind of wrecked from 3 and a half hours of sleep last night. Not too great but I did pass all my tests.
