Not too good of a workout. It was at 7:00 in the morning, goal was 8x400 at 65, 64, 63, 62 and repeat. Went 68, 63, 64, 64, 65, 67, 65, 66. It was quite chilly and my legs felt flatter than a pancake that was stomped on and then rolled over by a steamroller. And my stomach wasn't cooperating.
