Couldn't breathe well.  Wore my new dynaflytes though and they are comfy.

Shout out to Gan cuz she came into UtahRun!

Was still having trouble breathing.  Went 55 in the 400 and then did a 600 400 x3 workout.  1:40, 63, 1:40, 64, 1:39, 64.  Felt like I should have gone a faster on the 400 and I made it through the workout but ryby said he wanted us to do it 4 times but he saw none of us had it in us. Iced after.

Had a 1200, 800, 600, 400, 800, 600, 400 workout. Hurt bad cuz I wasn't breathing right still.  But I finished so that was a blessing.

Also went on splits with the missionaries which was a good time!

10x400 which was rough.  Also we took team pictures which took forever which was kind of annoying.  Hit 65 for first 9 then went 62 on the last one.

Also shout out to Gan, Brynlee, and Dallin for the good time!

Up on bonneville plus strides.  Perfect tanning weather! Tomorrow we have a 400 meter workout then are tempoing the mile in our duel meet against westlake.  My left calf is way tight from yesterday so it'll be rough.

Pretty tough cuz my upper left calf has been on fire ever since the 6x800 workout. 8x400 alternating 65, 63.  Making me excited to race though. Also should have my mission call opening tomorrow at 8:45 so anyone is invited to come!  Make your guesses of where I'm going!

Time to retire the Pegs because the left one had an air pod pop... smh.  Oh well.  But nice and easy before the race tomorrow.  Mile and 2 mile and I think I can PR both based off of workouts!

Warmup was 2.3. Then raced. Went 65, 65, 65, 63. Felt decent. 2 cool down. Shout out to Ryan cuz he pulled me along!

3200 later lol.  Leaders went slow so I had to lead it through the 2-5 laps.  Then I got passed and just died in the 80 degree heat.  went 9:45 so not even state qualifying.  Oh well. Next week

My calves were on fire the whole time lol.  Was supposed to be 1200 800 600 400 1200 800 600 400 but Courtney saw we were struggling a bit so she had us switch the second 1200 to an 800 and drop the last 600.  Went 3:34, 2:21, 1:41, 66, 2:20, 2:21, and 65.  Then 2.75 cool down and ice.  Calves are so tight I can barely walk rn.  such a joy.

Just 7 cuz my calves were on fire.  They have been since last monday so I'm hoping that taking it easier today should help.

Warm up, then 400's @ sub 65.  The wind was killer.  Got to spike up on the last two but it made my calves kill.  Last one we did 2 200's instead just to go a little quicker.  1.3 cooldown cuz my calves.  But I iced and will roll out later tonight.

Calves still felt tight but looks like I just got to live with it for tomorrow. Easy recover plus strides. Shout out to Gan cuz it's her Bday. Also shout out to Austin cuz he's going to Spain I heard. And to Steven cuz he's going to Tijuana Mexico.

Well, 1.75 warmup for the 3200.  My breathing was off and my coach thinks I have a misaligned rib.  Race went pretty well.  Calves were tight after 400 which made me super scared but they didn't really get worse which was a #blessing.  Also a way fun kick at the end with the one and only Michael Hinckley!  Cooled down 2.5/warmup for the 4x800 which was like 30 minutes after the 3200.  I started and randomly my breathing was like opened up which was amazing so I actually split a decent time!  2:00-2:01!  Gonna do the run tomorrow and if my breathing stays fine I won't go to the doc.  just over 2 mile cool down with a 100 meter sprint that I got gypped on cuz I had to swing from behind in lane 4.  still got podium though.  Shout out to all the people who raced!!! And shout out to all the cool people I hung out with especially the skyridge squad cuz they're dope!

Should have just run on my own cuz it's easier and wouldn't have missed churchball. literally no recover cuz we were flying. avg was 6:18 and that was me backing off and taking the last part easier.

6x800 @2:15 pace.  Went 2:16, 2:15, 2:15, 2:19, 2:20 and 2:25.  Couldn't breath at all.  And my back hurt so kind of the worst.  Then Ryan was like we're doing 2 more 400's, I think I was like 72's for those so not good.

Mile warm up cuz there was a junior high meet going on very soon after. Then 10x400. Went 63, 63, 63, 64, 63, 65, 64, 65, 66, 64. Then 4 mile cool down/distance run. Pretty happy. My back and breathing were much better cuz I was able to see Ron yesterday so Shout out to him for being a miracle worker!

Looped around highland then down to AF and back.  Then did 2x400 barefoot on the grass just for a good time.  First 5 miles were kind of hard but then my legs started feeling really good which was nice! Also we had some Olympic Gold medalists here, 1 won triple jump in 1984 and the other one long jump 2016 and we had a banquet with them which was cool!

5.11 in the morning.  Nice and easy pace!

Also made the invitational in the 4x1600 3200 and 1600 so I'm dropping either the 3200 or 1600, I don't know which one yet though.
